This service is perfect for DIY individuals. We offer a complimentary 5-day rental period and will coordinate a pickup time that works best with your schedule.

For DIY pickup and drop-off, please transport items in closed vehicles protected with moving blankets. In some cases, a pickup truck is acceptable provided the items are covered with tarps and securely fastened.

Handle all items with care. Only individuals who have received proper instructions should handle the setup and takedown of the rental items.

All items must be stored inside overnight.

When used outdoors, ensure that our items are protected from the elements, and secured properly.

Exercise care with food and beverages around rented items. 

Kindly inform us promptly of any accidents.

All items are subject to a refundable damage deposit.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. This amount does not include the refundable damage deposit. The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup.

An official rental agreement will be sent once a quote has been approved. 

A credit card number is required on file and only needs to be provided at the time of pickup. Please ensure this information is given to whoever is picking up the items. 

Setup photos: Since setup is dependent on your requirements, we kindly request photos of the setup once it's completed. This helps us ensure everything is in place as expected and allows us to better serve you. A model release form will be sent along with the rental agreement , also allowing us to use any photos sent to us for promotional purposes.
